Over criminalizing is a concept through which it has been a term for making everything criminal assault. The modern society tends to turn to the justice system while having a slightest social problem. It has becoming a trend that people are relying on the criminal justice system too much. It is becoming far more difficult for the people who are not “white” as there are enough stereotypes about them when it comes to the criminal justice system.
